Family Fitness Fun #3:

If you don’t have two different colored dice, roll one at a time.ย 

The first roll determines which movement to do, the second determines how many reps!

This was designed to do with littles age 3-7ish, so if yours are older, you could swap out some of the movements for things more relevant to their age!
