Need a KettlebelL??

You can get quality kettlebells from Perform Better. Below is my affiliate link. I found these bells after my last certification and love them!

I recommend the first place gravity bells. If you were to start with just one, I recommend either an 8kg (17 lbs) or 12kg (26 lbs) to start depending on your current strength level.

If you start with two bells, I recommend a 8kg/12kg pair or 12kg/16kg pair.Β 

You can, however, start with any weight, and move up from there!
