It’s so easy to fall into this cycle as a BusyMom. I get it I’ve been there too. And once I pulled myself out, and realized that I need to put myself first once and a while, the rest of it all came together. A strong mom will cultivate a strong family. I believe that if I do not consistently work on me, then I’m not the best mom or spouse that I know I should be. When at work, I’m preoccupied with what I need to do at home and when at home, what I need to do at work. It’s time to stop the cycle!
